HOW CAN A NUTRITION PRACTITIONER HELP ME?
For the full nutritional consultation clients complete a detailed health questionnaire, which is returned to Harriet prior to the first consultation. At this first appointment, which includes iridology, as a diagnostic aid, she investigates the client's health status and the health questionnaire, in more detail. At the follow up appointment, Harriet offers her professional advice an individualised treatment plan, together with a written report for the client to take away. This may include tests, dietary, lifestyle, exercise and environmental (e.g. toiletries, household products etc) modification, as well as supplements, if any of these are deemed relevant or helpful. Harriet chooses the approach that both she and her client feel will be most effective and which they feel able and comfortable in committing to. Harriet also offers a range of shorter appointments for those not wanting to go into such depth.
